FOKE has urgently written to Council asking for an Extraordinary meeting to be rescheduled to ensure residents have an opportunity to comment on an urgent planning matter.

Mayor Cr Christine Kay and Cr Sam Ngai have called for an Extraordinary Council meeting to be held on Wednesday 30 October 2024 7pm.

FOKE believes it should be rescheduled to ensure residents have an opportunity to comment on alternative options to the TOD SEPP and when it is to go on public exhibition.

The agenda also includes a confidential briefing on Ku-ring-gai Council’ legal action against the TOD.
