EXTRAORDINARY meeting TONIGHT 7pm

Ku-ring-gai Council will proceed with the Extraordinary Meeting TONIGHT from 7pm – WEDNESDAY 30 October 2024. Please ATTEND.

Councillors appear determined to press ahead with the adoption of the Officer’s Recommendation to put the four Transport Oriented Development (TOD) alternative scenarios on public exhibition leading up to Christmas.

We ask that you ATTEND Ku-ring-gai Council Chambers, 818 Pacific Hwy, Gordon (rear entrance) tonight on Wednesday 30 October 7pm or watch online.  

It is important that as many residents attend to hear this important debate.

Additional scenario by Cr Sam Ngai:

t is to protects all HCAs and high-value environmental areas by transferring dwellings from these areas to commercial centres. To limit building heights in smaller centres, dwellings are transferred from Killara to Gordon, and from Roseville to Lindfield. However to further limit centre building heights, some dwellings are shifted to new residential areas within 400-800m of stations.
