One Ku-ring-gai Councillor said she would NOT SUPPORT the legal action against the TOD in her FOKE Candidate Statement prior to the Council elelection. The others did not supply answers to Friends of Ku-ring-gai Environment’s Candidate Questions. We believe they too do NOT SUPPORT the legal action

We are expecting this issue to arise shortly.  

Please be ready to lobby all Councillors to support the legal action against a ‘One size FAILS ALL’ policy.
