Cr Indu Balachandran said she would NOT SUPPORT the legal action against the TOD in her FOKE Candidate Statement prior to the Council election.

Mayor Christine Kay, Cr Cedric Spencer and Jeff Pettett did not supply answers to Friends of Ku-ring-gai Environment’s Candidate Questions.

We are hoping they will all change their minds and SUPPORT the legal action.

Be ready to lobby all Councillors to support the legal action against a ‘One size FAILS ALL’ policy.
