FOKE has written to Ku-ring-gai Council General Manager Mr David Marshall (and copied to all Councillors) requesting that Mayor Cr Christine Kay and Cr Sam Ngai withdraw their request to hold an Extraordinary Council meeting on Wednesday 30 October 2024 7pm and reschedule it so that residents have an opportunity to comment on alternative options to the TOD SEPP and when it is to go on public exhibition.

The agenda also includes a confidential briefing on Ku-ring-gai Council’ legal action against the TOD.

Rescheuling the meeting would ensure all Councillors can attend the meeting and allow residents time to consider the recommendations.
