FOKE requests that Extraordinary Meeting be rescheduled


FOKE urgently wrote to Ku-ring-gai Council requesting that the Extraordinary Meeting be rescheduled to ensure residents had an opportunity to comment on this critical planning matter.

However, it will proceed on WED 30 OCT 2024 from 7pm.

FOKE request that the Extraordinary Meeting be rescheduled:

FOKE urgently wrote to Ku-ring-gai Council requesting that the Extraordinary Meeting for Wednesday 30 October 2024 be rescheduled to ensure residents had an opportunity to comment on this critical planning matter.

Without any explanation for the urgency, Mayor Christine Kay and Cr Sam Ngai requested this Extraordinary Meeting for Wednesday 30 October 2024.

The AGENDA includes four alternative planning scenarios for the Transport Orientated Development (TOD) with a proposal to put the options on public exhibition before Christmas. There is also a confidential item regarding the legal action challenging the TOD.

Please attend Ku-ring-gai Council Chambers, 818 Pacific Hwy, Gordon (rear entrance) on WED 30 Oct 7pm or watch online.
