The Office of Local Government (OLG) has prepared a Discussion Paper to seek the views of the community about the proposed changes to Councillor Conduct by 29 Nov 2024.

It is on Public Exhibition until FRI 29 NOV 2024.

The revised Framework will involve changes to:

• Council leadership and decision making
• Freedom of speech
• Transparency and accountability
• Timely and proportionate justice
